INDIAN CUSTOMERS- We ship from our Delhi Office.
- Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 2 weeks. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.
- Made on Order products take 20-25 working days to dispatch.
- As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.
- We ship across the globe. We ship via DTDC. HoP does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
- International Shipping is FREE for orders above $100. For orders less than $100, shipping is charged at $15. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
- Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Made on Order products usually takes 20-25 business days to dispatch.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
- As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
- Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
